Shipping & Returns

We try to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.  For expedited shipping service, please contact us and we will find the solution that’s right for you.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.  Shipping is calculated by Canada Post based on package weight & dimensions. If you would like to know the price prior to placing your order, add the items you are interested in to your cart, then go to your Cart, click on the “Calculate Shipping” link and add your city & postal code. This is done with no obligation to complete your order if you change your mind.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:  Shipping within Canada usually takes 2-4 business days from the time it leaves our studio.

US ORDERS: Shipping to the US usually takes 10-15 business days from the time it leaves our studio.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International shipping can take 2-6 weeks from the time it leaves our studio.

ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS: If the actual cost of shipping your package is less than the Canada Post estimation on the site, you will be refunded the difference. Occasionally when many products are packaged together, the calculator assumes multiple packages will be needed, while this isn’t always the case.

If you are unable to get a Shipping Quote on the Cart page or at Checkout (we’re new & still ironing out bugs, especially with some International destinations), please contact us & we will provide you with a quote asap.

DUTIES & TAXES: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties on any US or International orders.  The customer is responsible for any and all duties, taxes or fees that may be applied to the package by your country’s Customs Department, although typically there aren’t duties on cotton fabric in most places.
